Yoga is not only the practice of moving your body; it is the practice of knowing your body, in a kinder more compassionate way. Sometimes you get so carried away with all of the tasks that need to be done, the people demanding attention, accomplishments waiting to happen; you are pulled in so many different directions, you forget to devote time to the one person without which none of your life can happen: YOU. Yoga is the opportunity to let the rest of the world fade into the background as you reconnect with yourself. And what greater gift can you give the world than a more joyful, present, and empowered version of you?

Group Classes

Group classes combine physical postures with mindfulness and relaxation. Open to all experience levels. Sessions are held in person; see sign up form for address.

Private Sessions

Private sessions allow you to cultivate strength at flexibility at your own pace, with poses that feel good in your body. Sessions are held in person or via zoom

Prerecorded Classes


Prerecorded classes provide a kind way of caring for your mind and body from  your own home.  

Elka's class is the most rejuvenating part of my week! It feels great to move my body and center my mind, and I'm able to go at a pace that I'm comfortable with. I love the friendly, laid back atmosphere she creates and I feel so calm and refreshed afterwards.

The yoga class has been the perfect pause to start my week. Not only do I feel physically better afterwards; I find myself calmer and more focused. Best of all, the lessons last through the week as I now remind myself to check my posture or take a moment or listen to what my body is trying to tell me. Can't recommend enough!
